Last weekend’s racing went great! On Friday night at I-80 Speedway, I raced in the NWAAS Super Late Model division. It was only my second time out in the Swartz car, and I got 4th in the heat race and 10th in the “A” Feature. I was happy with the results because it was an improvement from the first night out with the Swartz.
On Saturday night at Junction Motor Speedway, I raced in the NWAAS Crate Late Model division. In the heat race I was running down the leader, but ran out of laps and settled for 2nd. In the “A” feature I started 7th and worked my way through the field. With about ten laps to go I took the lead and went on to win the race. The Lazer car was very fast, and it was great to get another win especially after wrecking at JMS the previous week.
